All printed material bearing the University logo will be printed in accordance with the “Guidelines for Logotype Use and Applications” issued by the Office of Publications. For a copy of the guidelines you may access the website at logo.wustl.edu or call Publications at 935-5233.

Logotype items can be purchased from any of the listed contract printers. Each printer has a published price list which may be obtained by either calling the printer, clicking on the printer's name or contacting Purchasing Services at 935-4298.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
PURCHASE ORDERS: No Telephone purchase orders please. It is preferable that auto fax is used to transmit the purchase order to a contract printer.
SAMPLE COPY
Auto Faxed orders: After you have obtained the purchase order number via document status or document review in FIS, you may fax the copy you wish printed to the printer, making sure the purchase order number is noted on the copy. If the material cannot be faxed, call your printer for a pick up of the material.
Blanket Order: fax a blanket order release form to your printer, with copy.
Regular Purchase Order: submit the copy to purchasing and we will fax the Purchase order and copy to the printer.
PROCESS:
The printer will set the copy to University Logotype standards and FAX a proof back to you. Be sure to include a University FAX number and contact name for the proof approval. Printers will not proceed with the final print without an approved Proof from the department.
