The Campus Post Office is considered an "official” postal branch office but is serviced by all Washington University staff. The location is on Snow Way near Big Bend in the Village House. You do not have to leave the campus to accomplish your postage and mailing requirements.

The Campus Post Office is a source to all faculty, staff, and students to purchase the following postal products:
- Stamps
- Postage for any size letter, package, box, or container
- Express Mail
- International airmail and surface delivery including Global Priority, and Express Mail
- Money orders
- Special Services including Priority, Standard Mail, Registered, Return Receipt, Delivery Confirmation, and Certified

9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday)
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Tuesday - Friday)
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Saturday)
Registered and Money Orders until 3:00 PM
Express Mail until 4:00 PM
Summer and Academic Break Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Closed Saturdays
Registered and Money Orders until 3:00 PM
Express Mail until 4:00 PM

Potential Postage Cost Savings:

Planning a University-sponsored direct mail campaign or designing a new mailer? Contact Peggy Smith to review the mailing plans to determine if it qualifies for some type of postage savings. Mailing a letter compared to a large flat mailer varies significantly in postage costs. Send an e-mail describing the mailing or send a sample of what is being considered to determine potential cost saving measures.

If you utilize Non-Profit rates to mail magazines, newsletters, or any type of flat-size mailer (anything larger than 6 1/8” H x 11 ½ L), please be aware there are new format requirements effective March 29, 2009. The change impacts where you place the delivery address panel which has been “re-designed” by the USPS in order to utilize automated discounts. If you have questions contact Mail Services at:
